Shipping & Returns

By using our Site, you are agreeing to the following policies regarding returns, cancellations, and shipping. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.

  1. Return Policy.  PLEASE NOTE, HOSE IS NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once the order is placed. All other returns must be new and unused, and in the original shipping box. A 15% restocking charge will apply. All returns require Authorization Approval from Precision Ag. before returning any products. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of the order.
     
  2. Cancellation Policy. We process orders 5 days a week. Orders placed after 5 PM Eastern (2 PM Pacific) are normally considered being placed on the following day. After an order is packed and shipped it is a return. See our Return Policy for details. We ship on UPS trucks daily. We send acknowledgments on all orders at the end of the business day. If you do not receive our emails, check your spam filter and then your email service provider. When our suppliers drop ship it takes a few additional days to receive the tracking information. Refused shipments are charged the full 2 way freight charges plus return charges.

    All orders are acknowledged via email to the email address you provide. An initial cart number is given at checkout. You may look it up by logging in with your email address. An order number is sent as the order goes to fulfillment. This order number (ie 456789) should be referred to on all inquiries.
